Robert Roiger,

CEO of Buderus Guss GmbH

Robert Roiger, born in 1982, studied business administration at the University of Munich and began his professional career as a management consultant at Horváth & Partners. Robert Roiger has been a partner at AEQUITA since 2019 and is responsible for operations. His responsibilities include the management of AEQUITA's portfolio companies as well as leading the operational teams that support these companies along the value chain. Robert Roiger, Chairman of the Management Board of Buderus Guss GmbH since 1 May 2024, contributes to the continuous development and success of the company as a dynamic and strategically minded manager.

Ute Abel,

Member of the Management Board of Buderus Guss GmbH

Ute Abel, born in 1964, studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe and joined Buderus Bau- und Abwassertechnik GmbH, Wetzlar, in 1989 as an industrial engineer.

In 1992, she took over as Head of Corporate Planning and Controlling at the former Buderus AG, Wetzlar. Following the takeover of Buderus AG by Robert Bosch GmbH in 2003, she was responsible for the integration of the Industry Division of the former Buderus AG into Robert Bosch GmbH. In 2005, she moved to Buderus Guss GmbH, where she was initially Head of Finance and Controlling and has been a member of the Management Board as CFO since 2013.
